All properties and common areas within Bonita Hills are guided by a set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). When signing the financial documents at closing, each homeowner agrees to the terms of this legal document and agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the association. At the conclusion of the closing, the homeowners are provided a copy of the CC&Rs.
