Fence and Deck Color

Fences and decks that are visible from the curb or above the fence line must be painted/stained in one of the following colors:

Sherwin Williams Cabin Brown SW 3031
Behr Tugboat SC-141
Transparent Natural

All other colors must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.

Campers, Trailers, Boats, & more

Please be aware of our Bylaws regarding campers, RVs, trailers, and motorcycles:

No campers, recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, or motorcycles shall be parked on any lot for longer than 48 hours unless fully enclosed in a garage or fenced or screened in a manner specifically approved for that lot by the Architectural Committee, and shall not be parked on any street or common area.

Doggy Doo

If you walk your dogs on the common areas, please bag and take the poop to either the pet waste collector or your garbage.
